This is why you come prepared:

At work...starving!
Go to the kitchen to see what I can find...snacks galore!
Candy, chips, in the fridge is 3 bags of left overs where people went to my favorite Italian resturant-Buca Di Bepo... And not one thing in the fridge for me! Not a cheese stick. Nothing! This my friends is why it pays off to come prepared!

I always take a bag of food with me wherever I go! I've done this for years. It would be too easy to be tempted when hungry if i didn't. I'm one of those people who sometimes gets really busy and forgets to eat untill all of a sudden I'm starved. Then i could eat a
'57 Chevy with a little salt and pepper! Not good...

This is why I'll keep protein bars around all the time. If you "like them" (and I use that word loosely bordering on "meh, they're okay") then they'll take the edge off of your hunger. It's better to have some real food around if you can though--peanut butter is good filler-upper for me.

Not being prepared has been my downfall too. So I've been trying to go to the store regularly and stocking up on things to keep in the freezer at work. Found some jimmie dean omelettes which are really great and lean cuisines to have on hand.
