Mushrooms sauteed in butter with garlic...

So decadent, and it reminds me how great lc eating is. Sometimes it's so easy to get caught up in missing what you can't have.

Mmmmmmmmmmmmmm, or Cheri's Taco soup! Mmmmmmmmmmmm!

What other diet do you get to eat a heavy cream based savory soup with sausage and hamburger, and my added mushrooms, onions, and extra heavy cream?!? I could live on that stuff!

Try this:

Mix italian sausage with grated provolone, then stuff into a mushroom cap. Bake until mushroom is soft & sausage is cooked through.

Ok. I need these NOW.

I adore mushrooms! One of my favorite ways to prepare them is to saute them with a bit of garlic, then add a splash of heavy cream and pour it on top of a grilled chicken breast. Its awesome!

Cut a slice or 2 of pumpkin, peel it and saute in pan with some olive oil and a lid on top so that it cooks through. Turn over to cook the other side and it goes a little black in colour - this is not burning. mmmmmm
