ketosis?
Hi I was wondering is someone can help me.I've been low carbing for 2 months now. I lost 9# that was in the first few weeks. Ever since I have lost nothing for over a month now. I do feel much better. I am doing nothing diffrent from when i started. I check for ketosis all the time and im alway's in it. When you are in ketosis doesn't that mean you are losing?

no it doesn't. all it means is youare burning fats as your primary fuel source. If we overeat our low carb plan we can gain weight in ketosis.
It is very natural for scale weight loss to stop after an initial weight loss on any diet Atkinseers call it PISS and it is temporary. Have you measured to see the inches of body fat being burned off while the scales refuse to validate your hard work? DO you have a specific plan you are doing? |

2big is right. Ketosis does not indicate weight loss. It simply tells you that your fuel source is fat. That includes accumulated body fat AND dietary fat. If you're in ketosis and eating more fat and calories than your body expends, you may not gain any weight but you won't lose it either.
