and a snack if I need it - I'm back on induction (day #2) after a long hiatus.

D- Not sure. If I feel lazy might grab some wings or a bunless burger.

Debating whether or not to have my nightly cheese cake cupcake with cool whip. Might have some SF jello with cool whip extra creamy instead.
