Well.....I have decided
Tomorrow is my first day of non induction day- I'm quite nervous, but at the same time thrilled that I have finished the two week induction with not 1 single cheat!!!
![]() I am leaning towards Southbeach, but will take it nice and slowly. I have my day sorted (food wise) and I think I'll be ok Breakfast: Cereal!!!! Its called Protein 1st and is made from barley-it has 8.9g of protein, 13.2g fibre and 17.7g carbs per 45g serve Lunch: salad with smoked salmon and feta and a drizzle of olive oil Dinner: fish on the BBQ with a green salad I'm going to a bit lower in fat because of the carbs in the morning. I'm not going to introduce fruit yet, I'll see how I'll go with cereal. I do want to say, a big THANK YOU to everyone who gave me encouragement, support and took the time to read my threads!!!! I'll keep everyone updated Oh, by the way I started 87 kilos and now am fluctuating between 81.5-82 kilos, which isn't bad at all I think (11-12 pounds) |

I'm concerned about the cereal as well. I assume you're using milk. Have you added in the milk carbs? Good luck.
