Post Your Little Tricks to Kick a Pound

I'm getting annoyed with the scale. I need at least a phychological pound to go. Tips and tricks for kicking a stubborn pound?

For me lowering salt intake does help with getting rid of a few. Not just added salt, all things with high salt content like bacon and sausage. I don't know your diet but for me that's what would help.

I've just done my first meat/egg fast and it shifted a couple pounds which really helped with my motivation until I chose to partake in some vino Friday night . No more wine for me until maintenance .

Otherwise I have upped my exercise intensity, duration or both as well.

When I add a couple more boiled eggs to my menu it seems to do the trick, I think its probably because Im eating a boiled egg as a snack instead of jerky or nuts....

I thought of something else, counting calories and weighing portions has helped me as well as exercise everyday.
