Spent $130 At Coscto To Restart LC!
Just got back and I spent less than I though I would. I got shrimp, salmon, Flaxseed/fish oil supplements, Cc you'd be proud ~ hamburgers!
Eggs, cheese, onions, lettuce, tomatoes, and avocados! I started Induction today ![]() |

As an avid Costc "salmon" fan, just wondering what species you bought in Sacramento being closer to Alaska, the fishing capital of N. America? Was it fresh Steelhead with skin attached, fresh Farm raised skinless fillets, fresh wild caught Coho w/skin, fresh wild Sockey w/skin, or one of many varieties of frozen precut skinless fillets?
We're huge advocates and lovers of salmon and go through about 4 lbs./week year round.... |
