mmmmm lowcarb french toast

Low Carb Luxury: Recipe - You Won't Believe it's not French Toast

i'm sure people have seen this but i just made it this morning and OMG i was in heaven!! SO good....i made bacon prior and used the bacon grease where it called for oil or butter in the pan but this was so realistic even my roomate who is not lowcarb said it was good....

it also looks good for those on induction....

Something I think is way easier is an omelet and adding sugar, cinnamon, heavy cream, vanilla to the batter and forming it into an omelet, and then just adding butter and SF syrup.

I do ths all the time.... alot of the times I cook them in a pot, with coconut oil and scramblen the life out of them.. and they are like little pieces, and then i eat out of a bowl..
I call them french toast eggs.. my 3yr old LOVES THEM..

Or cream cheese/SF raspberry jam instead of the butter/SF syrup.

Either way, this is one of my favorites!!
