FINALLY made it to onderland!

I'm doing the happy dance too today!

I've reached this milestone three times before in my LC journey, and all three times promptly went back up the scale. I posted about this a few weeks ago and got lots of folks that mentally sabatoged themselves after reaching a goal-weight.
This morning I weighed in at 198.8!!!!! I'm not going back! I will persevere! Onward! I hope it wasn't a fluke and that there are no 2's on my scale in the morning!!! And thank you for everyone on this board.... I'm never alone when I hop on the scale!

I know reaching those Mini goals and regaining is something I did a million times...now I am focusing on 5 pounds at a time mini goals...5 will add up to 10 then 15......gotta stay focused..
