I would love to see some before and after pictures ... or even some before and during pictures! Pictures are great for motivation and I'm sure there are lots of us here that could use some right now.

I'm finally very close to my goal, so here are some pics. I've lost 86 pounds. It's taken a long time. I've dealt with menopause and hypothyroid, and I've worked really hard at it.

My DH has lost over 110 pounds now. We're both extraordinarily pleased with ourselves and love our Atkins WOE.

He's actually smaller now than in any of these pictures.

Me at 171 lbs, but that's not even my highest weight (190 is).

Me at around 155 lbs.

My current weight is 147, so when I hit 145, I'll take a new picture.

Thanks! I tell him that all the time. The change in him has been phenomenal. When he lost his first 75 pounds, there were many people who actually walked right past him without recognizing him. I'm so proud of him and thankful that he has supported me through every bump in the road and that he has totally embraced this lifestyle.

OzDancer, you've done an amazing job! You look so much younger now. I think that's a common thing I see around here. Excess weight really ages us. Rachel, you're looking fabulous! You should be so proud of your success.

Bad on the wagon...very disappointed DON't EVER gain it back guys~

OMG! I used to have a black dress exactly like that. It was my favorite evening on the town dress back in the day when I was only 95 lbs.

I've got to dig out my "before" befores from before

- 200 lbs on a small 5'2" frame is pretty darn big, let me tell ya. Then I can post my "first" afters at 135, but then will also have to post my "now" befores at 170, and my "durings" now at 150.

Hopefully there'll be some final afters when I lose the rest of this extra flab. It better be final, because I am sure not going to let this happen again!
