Yay, Photobucket's no longer being a complete PITA! Here are pics:

Pic #1: 2003 - 200 lbs (And I thought I looked goood that day! )
Pic #2: 2005 - 135 lbs (I felt like a million buck that day! )
Pic #3: 2009 - 170 lbs (Didn't feel like hot stuff - why did I let myself go? )
Pic #4: 2009 - 150 lbs (Better, but still have a way to go... )

These are all great photos. Very inspirational. One thing i sadly noticed is some of the folks said that in their 'before' pictures that they 'thought they were pretty' then. Well YOU WERE! Just because you were 50 or 100 pounds heavier doesn't mean you weren't beautiful then. Now you are beautiful and HEALTHIER! Don't be so quick to say you weren't pretty then. I know that i do the same thing so i just wanted to remind everyone that we can be beautiful at any size.

Samantha, I do workout intensely while in ketosis. I've done both ChaLean Extreme and P90X while in Ketosis. Oh man guys, thank you so much for your comments on my success thus far. I have to admit, a LOT of my success came from lurking on these boards and getting support and motivation from all of the posts. I've TAKEN enough, now it's time to give back.

OurLuvs My motivation was originally weight loss and candida. In 2000, I was a size 24 and lost to a size 10. I maintained that weight loss until having a hysterectomy last year and I comforted myself with food during recovery, yup, comforted myself right back up to a size 14. I decided to nip it in the bud right there, so my initial goal was only to get back down to a size 10, which was the smallest I'd been in my adult life. I knew Atkins worked, but had never read the book, so I pulled if off the shelf last November, read it, and started my WOE on Dec 1 along with P90X. My body just seemed to melt. As my body changed, my motivation became less about weight loss and more about general health and reaching the pinnacle of health and fitness. I became a bit 'comfortable' during the summer and maintained. While I wish I had continued on and lost more, I'm glad I learned that if I just count carbs, I don't have to worry about counting calories in order to MAINTAIN. But I'm back in weight-loss mode now, so I'm counting calories now too.

For my eating plan, I tend to stay in the 40-50 carb range. Now that I'm back to counting calories, a normal day might be

b - 3 egg scramble w/spinach in 1T butter, coffee w/1T coconut oil & Davinci's Syrup
S - Fage (full fat) yogurt (sometimes I add in 1/2 cup of 3-berries mix if carb count allows)
L - 1 bubba burger on 2 cups lettuce, 2T blue cheese dressing
S - 1/2 c canned pumpkin & 1oz cream cheese
D - 4 oz meat and 1 cup broccoli

If I'm hungry, I have the snacks, if not, I don't eat them and eat the next meal when I'm hungry.

For lifting, I prefer working out at home, so fitness programs on DVD suit me well. In the past year, I've done P90X and two rounds of ChaLean Extreme. I just finished my last round of ChaLean Extreme last week and am starting 10 minute trainer tomorrow. One thing I've learned eating this way is that 80% of my results come from my WOE, the workouts are just the icing on the cake.
