I am not eating Jerky today! Think it caused my stall of one week, I cut it out one day and dropped 2 pounds!

I'm not not drinking diet coke, I've been trying to give it up but I still have a few a day. So none for me today. It tends to make me bloat.

I'm not eating the praline pumpkin cheesecake DH bought at Walmart yesterday because it was on sale. Gee, is it half the calories and half the carbs as well as half price?

Sugar- and this will be tough one because I've been "nibbling" all week. e.g. 1 spoonful of whipping cream ( whipped with cane sugar) won't hurt, ginger beef- yeah I know there is sugar in the sauce- but I'll get the stir fried veggies with it.......
Time to get STRONG!!!

vegetables and butter. I need to stick to M/E as much as possible. Vegetables knock me out of ketosis.

I am not eating the leftovers of my own birthday cake, and I am not sorry!

I didn't have any of the cake, at all, in fact, not even when it was fresh on my bday.

And I am SO NOT SAD OR SORRY!!!

My five year old actually said to me "you are not going to eat your own birthday cake?!" lol

Good for you! I can't tell you now many times I have seen people post that they can't imagine passing up a piece of birthday cake, even when it wasn't their own birthday. My birthday is next week, and there won't even be a birthday cake for me to pass on. Good for both of us!

Oh No!

LOL, I hated getting to work and finding I'd forgotten my lunch. Brings back embarrassing memories of going to school and forgetting my lunch or books or pants.

I found that if I go into a grocery store with a good Deli dept, they'll make a sandwich without the bun for me. That usually turns out better than the drive-through burger without a bun.

Anything is better than being without lunch and then having folks come around with their snacks that they just HAVE to share!

Yes! good for you, and good for me!

My MIL brought cake and PIZZA over for my bday!

meh. so what. I never told her about my woe, although she has noticed a change in my appearance. So, it wasn't like she was trying to sabbotage or anything.

she seemed shocked that I did not partake of either.

well, who could blame her, considering how much cake and pizza I obviously have a reputation for snarfing down in the past!!!
