This is true. If I have a natural yoghurt, I sweeten it with double (heavy) cream. Experiment with different low/no carb foods for a 'sugar rush' and trick your body! If you're really desperate, work a little sweet veg into your carb allowance.

Oh, and speaking of cream... I noticed in the supermarket that my absolute favourite cream is only... 1.1g/100ml. Wikiiiiid! Don't know if you can get it in the US - it's Extra Thick JERSEY cream (from Jersey/Guernsey cows).

Stash's Wife: Brill - only 22 days to go! Mark it on your calendar - so you can look forward to never wanting sugar again. You'll still have to be careful, because you're a 'recovering sugarholic!

One thing I have learned is that a slip doesn't have to sabotage the day. If I slip, I don't beat myself up and comfort eat for the rest of the day; I step back on the straight n narrow immediately, so I can feel good about myself and pat myself on the back. Yes, it may still cause a stall or a gain, but not half as bad as comfort eating for a whole day!
