46 lbs gone - took 6 months - been maintaining for 5 years now - feel better than I have ever felt in my life - best thing I have ever done for myself!!!!

Yes! I lost 103, gained back 60 going off, and I'm still working ot get back where I was. Yes, it works, but only if you're on it. If I eat like I used to, I look like I used to.
