Breakfast - chicken breast

lunch - here's my problem, going to the game today, in our company suite, and i have no idea if there will be friendly food in there. I can resist that though, it's the free beers that is going to be rough! I think i'll have a few light beers though and go extra low carb on any food i eat.

dinner - I have no idea yet.

I'm going to the football game too and decided that I'll load up before on a huge breakfast - very LC. I know I will have a few beers while I'm there and then come home for dinner - very LC. I'm not gonna worry about the beer. I won't be in suite and won't have to look at good food, but then again, nothing matters to me but what's going on on that field

It's a dreary day here in So Ca, and that makes me in the mood for a pre-Thanksgiving meal"! I ordered the LC cornbread stuffing mix and can't wait to try it! Wish me luck I'm having TG at our home this yr. and this will be a trial run for me. I'll have turkey that day for sure.

Brunch B4 church is:
1 C. Chai tea with HWC
Chicken sausage scramble with garlic, spinach, and gr. onion.

Broc, caul, cheddar casserol (Linda Sue, I love you!)
Standing rib roast, (don't much care for turkey, and have no time to thaw one...)
Faux Garlic Mashpots, twice baked. Delic!
LC stuffing with lots of celery, my fav
Pumpkin (Surfergirl's) Cheese cake, and a bit of chocolate cocconut bark

This will last our family for the rest of the week, that's for sure.

Who's comin' for dinner? I'll make a plate for ya hehehe. I love to cook for friends and fam.

Yeah, I'm not gonna sweat the beers, I just don't want to leave ketosis. Hopefully we can handle the Bears today. I'm assuming your going to watch the eagles.

We went to WH for breakfast and I had an omelet with onion, cheese, and tomato. It was quite good and filling.

Lunch will be leftover roasted chicken and cauliflower.

Dinner will be light, probably salad and steamed vegetables.

If I have any snacks, they'll more than likely be cheese or a little lunchmeat, maybe a SF jello but that doesn't sound good to me at all.

I see your team is only down by 4 in the 3rd right now as I type this. Hopefully they'll overcome and give you a win.

Yeah, too bad they didnt' pull it out. I was lucky in the suite, they had buffalo wings, mini burgers, vegies, salads, and fruit. So i had a few mini burger patties, a bunch of buffalo wings and some celery. problem is, i must have had 10 beers. about 6 or so were light, the others weren't. and one Jager bomb too, but it was with sugar free Red Bull. So i'm curious if the alcohol knocked me outta Ketosis. we'll see in the A.M. Did the Eagles win? And did they play Vick much?
