I don't know... I think they affect different people in varying degrees. I can't eat Dreamfields while I am in the first phases of weight loss because it increases my cravings. Your verse is one of my favorites, too.

Dreamfields is wonderful as far as I am concerned...my husband eats it without any consequence.....I have some gastrointestinal consequences if I dont use extreme moderation...so once every month or 2 is all I can do.........same for carbquik ..

I don't have much problem with Dreamfields but I don't eat it very much. I have eaten it 3 times in 9 weeks. Only a 2 oz serving. One time I cooked it too much, which is a disaster b/c the carbs come through and my blood sugar went through the roof.
It doesn't stall me and sometimes it will make me a little gassy. I never tried carbquik. |

but for maintenance I use the Dreamfields sometimes.
