Stats: 203/198/150, eventually 120-something; 5'5"
WOE: Atkins
Start Date: August 25, 2009
Breakfast: small piece leftover grilled steak, 3 sausage links, egg salad (~1 egg)
Lunch: garlic-herb turkey slices, cheddar cheese, 1/2 cucumber
Dinner: um. salad & some meat of some kind.

I eat pretty boring when I'm on induction, but it doesn't much matter to me. I'd rather KNOW that I'm under my carb limit, and get into the habit of eating 3 meals a day. I can get creative later.
