Back to Low Carb
I'm back. Just started this week.
You'll be seeing my face more often in the Main Lobby because I find it helps me stay on track. Wish me luck. ![]() |

I lost 16 pounds the first time I did induction. Well, the first real committed time I did induction. I have always lost fast. That was five years ago and I was 25 then....now I'm 30, so we shall see how it goes. |

Dreams, I'm restarting myself. This will be attempt #359 for me (it feels like that many anyways).
We are in it to win it! |

Well we can do it.
I started a couple days ago. WW did work for me but I like a faster loss and LC does that for me. And also on WW - I could have whatever I wanted (just in moderation) and that obviously was too much of a slippery slope for me. |

I was one of those people who said, "not me, I'll never fall off the wagon, I'll stick to it." And low and behold here I am restarting after losing 100lbs and gaining 30lbs of it back. Frustrated, embarrassed and resolved to lose the weight and keep it off. And not be afraid to be thin...
Good luck! |

Yay! Good for you, good luck! I had lost about 25 pounds pretty easily on WW, but I was always hungry and craving something. I am not back to a lower cal/low carb lifestyle and finally am at the point where I am losing again and not starving all the time. It is really the only thing that consistently works for me, so I am stickin' with it! Good luck to you!

Yeah, I won't be touching any for a good month. Then I may have a couple every other weekend. Last time around, I was able to drink on weekends and would still lose but I don't want to push it.
I guess not I won't dare mention your other favorite thing. Not to eat, but to do. Nope, they will have to venture over the PG and find out for themselves haha.Quote:
