Exercise DOES matter!

Here is a rebuttle to the recent story printed by Time Magazine that stated that Exercise has no bearing on weight loss.

Is Exercise a Waste of Time?

What ever happened to journalistic responsibility, integrity and/or ethics? The sad part is that the journalist at Time Magazine that wrote the original piece is probably being patted on the back right now for writing something that drove quite a bit of traffic and sales to Time's web site. Oy Vey.

Thank you.

Was a professional journalist for almost 15 years and had my absolute fill of shoddy, irresponsible and LAZY excuses for journalists. Not all, but far too many have an "ethics-smethics - just get me a story that sounds good and has good pix to go with it" attitude. SO sad.

The line between actual journalism and tabloid journalism gets blurrier every day.

Yes, but there was a time, no pun intended, when certain establishments set the standard. Time, Newsweek, etc. being some of them and now they are just another rag no better than any of the other tabloids sitting near the checkout lane.
