Ugh, I am. I'm going to do a quick run and abs. I've been sick for the last 4 or 5 days, a really bad head cold. I didn't run yesterday so I really need to today. I do feel better, though.

I'm doing the twohundredsitups.com program. I'm on w1 d3. After day 1, my abs were sore, which surprised me. After day 2, I didn't feel anything at all, so I may not skip days unless I feel like I need to.

Ok, heading out to the site you suggest. Lord knows, I could use some "improvement" on my abs.

Thanks, sorry you had a bad head cold. My husband had them for 15 months + allergies.

That's a great website, Betty! Thank you!

I will be at a waterpark all day, so most of my exercise will be there. Climbing stairs, walking all around, swimming etc. We'll see how tired I am when I get home if I decide to do anything else.

Today was a step day for me. I go up and down counted as one 23 times there are 15 steps. It is quite the work-out.
I also did 200 reps of my thighsizer
Then, moved on to the weight training for arms, and leg lifts.

Taking my 15-month-old to the petting zoo. He is, out of the 6 other boys we know of the same age, the most active by far. So, despite appearances, this could be a bit of a workout. I love having a very active son!

Going on vacation this weekend to Hawaii and bringing my running stuff!

It turns out the petting zoo also had a ton of other stuff, so I got a good long walk in there. And, I just remembered that I promised a friend we'd go for a speed walk tonight (and I will be with babe in the stroller), plus the yard needs a bit of push-mowing, so I thought I'd add those to my list.
