It's FRIDAY! What are you eating today?

Good Morning!!
Breakfast - Maggie's cereal w/blueberrise.
Lunch - Garden tomato stuffed w/tuna salad on a bed of shredded lettuce.
Dinner - Lettuce salad, 1/2 of a l/c breaded chicken breast parmesean, and Dreamfield's linguini w/marinara sauce.

Start Date: 6/24/09 for the umpteenth time.
Eating breakfast now of 1 slice toasted Ezekiel bread, scrambled eggs and an organic chicken sausage. I'll be at work for lunch so I'm taking a turkey burger patty, salad, and faux mashed potatoes. Dinner will be garlic grilled tilapia, salad, steamed spinach and a small red potato.

Edited to add I didn't eat the eggs. I took a couple of bites but just couldn't eat most of them. Breakfast is not my thing...

OK, was a bit hungry so Had my lunch for breakfast lol


BF: 2 cups decaf w/half& Half
Salad: Field Greens/Romaine, Provolone Cheese, Tomatoes (from my garden), crab meat with hidden valley ranch dressing.

LU: Not sure yet but think I may just have another salad (on a salad crazy today)

DI: Chinese food but without starch/sugar. I usually order chicken w/broccoli or Chicken Chow Mein.

SN: Salami/Cheese roll up.


Going to use my Dehydrator tonight to make some LC goodies ...and jerkey.

Water - Lots of it.

Oh my, still so stuffed from yesterday... we had smoked chicken legs and country style ribs from the neighbourhood fair, plus fresh strawberries with lots of cream for dessert. Taking it easy today to give my poor stomach a break...

D: 1-2 bunless Bubba burgers, sf ketchup

So far:

decaf with a tablespoon of CO, and a bowl of stewed chicken topped with an ounce of cheddar

a bowl of homemade low carb chili with a tablespoon of sour cream, iced tea

for dinner, no clue. possibly a big fat steak and a salad.

I just had the 3 minute flourless chocolate cake with cream cheese frosting. That really hit the spot considering it's TOM for me.
