Don't limit your carbs
so much that you never feel satisfied. I heard this jewel on the John Tesh radio progam, "Intelligence for Your Life." Isn't it ironic that limiting your carbs helps you to feel satisfied? With low fat, I was hungry all the time!

Fat Burning Machine Extraordinaire!

If one is following a low fat nutrition plan the advice not to cut carbs too low is actually a good one.
And even following a low carb plan it is important to get veggies & some fruit. They do help to fill one up. In both cases those carbs should be whole foods, not processed carbs. |
