It feels really good to be able to bend over and tie my shoes! When I was at my heaviest that would make me out of breath!

Awesome! I plan on buying a WII for Christmas for ds and the Wiifit program for myself! How do you like it? I don't know anyone who has it and uses it.

Mini-accomplishment - when I reset my goal the other day on Wii Fit it let me lose enough weight to get into the overweight range - I'm on my way! LOL

Fatbrat, I only use my WiiFit now for weighing and occassionally for games. I started doing high intensity interval training and weight training and now find I can't raise a sweat on the WiiFit. I'm told the EA Active is a much better workout than the WiiFit although it is out of my budget ATM. You can use the WiiFit balance board with the EA Active game, but don't need it. If you are just starting an exercise program then the WiiFit is a good place to start, that's what I started with in March.

Way to go! This has been one of my mini-goals. This morning I was exactly .04 away from getting out of the obese bmi. So as soon as I hit 174 I will be in the overweight category too!

I graduate in Dec. exactly 1 year from my restart at 213 lbs so I want to be at my goal of 155 by then. I'm already old enough to be all the other students mom...I don't want to be twice as big as they are too!
