This was taken six years ago, just a few months before I started Atkins at 229 lbs.

I took this last week when I squeezed into my DD21's size 7 JR jeans. Obscenely tight, but they zipped and buttoned! I'm at 149 lbs. today.

To everyone else --- keep plugging away. It's taken me a long time to get here, but I never gave up. Once I adopted low-carb as a lifestyle, I knew I'd never go back to being that matronly, miserable being. My DH totally agrees! We have the POWER to be what we want to be. Thank you Dr. Atkins!
