I'm seeing some defintion! Great Job! Are you doing your own pull-up/push-up regimen or a dvd? I recently started P90X; my goal is 3 pull-ups and ab defintion (after having 2 kids).

I do like the P90X videos but no I didn't use them. The kids usually prevent me from making much use out of the TV. I have one of those iron gym bars in a hallway and I do about 8-10 reps/ 3 sets on it. I do max I can without aid, and then use a chair like they advise in p90x to take some weight off to finish them out. I went from doing 0 pullups to 8 unaided. The chair helps you really build up your endurance. Do pushups for abs too, you have to keep your trunk straight and it really pulls up eveything.

Warning, resistance training will stall WEIGHT LOSS. It will increase FAT LOSS tho! I actually gained an inch in my chest this last month. Kind of have to weigh myself with a grain of salt even more so now.

It's the fat loss I want at this point. My LBM is already 120 lbs. Plus with my gimpy ankle, weights are what I am limited to.
