Everyone looks so great. Very inspiring to keep working it out!

It has been awhile since I posted pix and I am just now uploading our mini vacation photos so why not post here?

My mottos: Progress not perfection. Never surrender!~

Fall goal is to get a few off as I always gain in the summer. Too much fun.

Plus I will be 49 and I really would like to be as lean as possible before I become a grandma on my birthday!! (DD baby is due 2 days before my 49th bd this November.)

Close to the time I started coming here to LCF. 233ish? This was in 2000.

This was this weekend at a destination party in Mammoth CA.

This is me about 10 pounds lighter from where I am today:

I have been about 200 pounds (post pregnancies) in my past. But has anyone noticed that you don't get much love on weight loss boards when you seemingly didn't start out with a sizeable amount to lose, lol? I am 43 now, and don't have the patience or motivation to work that hard again to lose the kind of weight I did post-pregnancies.

However, after meeting my current husband last spring of 2011 (second marriage; we married in October of that same year), we saw that we were doing the couple creep. I tried to catch it kind of early and set out to lose "only" 15 pounds of fat. They were stubborn, but it did make a difference! I found the low carb WOE about halfway through. Still 3 pounds to go.

Ok, finally, I took some before's!

I wish I'd have gotten some pics of me at 155, which was my starting weight - these were taken today at 149.8.

Looking good. You are doing the right thing nip it in the bud right now. I was 128 kept going up until 241.

it is a tough road back down. Keep up the good work.

The rest of you keep those photos coming they are inspiring. When I get there I will post of me. I don't want to make anyone throw up at my current position

Height 5'4", my before was at about 220# and the during is ~169#
This has taken me about 2 years and I would still like to lose about 20#
