passport and DL... believe it or not, the befores are NOT my heaviest in my passport before I was down almost 80lb

highest 355 lowest 169.4

here's at/near my heaviest, size 28 top 30/32 bottom... currently sz 12 or L bottoms, 10 top or M-L. The coat in the current pic was a big deal 'cause it's a size 6 and buttoned.

Okay.... This weight wasn't lost on all Atkins.. in fact, I've only lost 5 lbs in a month. lol. But I have started losing inches. Once I lose a few more, I'll take another pic. I lost this doing low calorie, but completely stalled out and haven't been able to lose. Thought I'd give Atkins a try again after doing it years ago.

But here is me at my heaviest:

2011/ 256

And about a week ago:

2012/ 190 (Don't mind the bathroom... little hands make it dirty pretty fast.lol)
