Yeah this thread is amazing and very inspirational, I remember sitting and looking through all of the pages in one night when I first saw this thread. I just could not stop looking.

Here I am at 114:

I lost it all on Atkins and now I'm maintaining with JUDDD.

Size 7x men's jacket to an 18/20 dress

Before is 297 and after is 137 - will take current pic later this week when I get my hair colored - now that I kind of know what I am doing - thanks to Verbqueen!!

I weigh considerably more right now but thankfully much closer to the After image!! Menopause has done me in and I am still struggling to figure out what works to get this off me now...

I dont have a lot of stand up pictures, and my other progress pictures I dont think are inappropriate for the thread as there was a lot of skin showing, but here is one through the years at various weights, I cant see such a huge difference except for when at my heaviet *yuck*. Trying to get back into the 140's though

I'm currently 276 (my goal is 220, started at 525) and this gray dress is a size 17 Mossimo dress from Target and the sweater over it is an xxl(20) from the normal misses section in Walmart, but it's gotten baggy in the middle and I gathered it behind me before the pic. I have an estimated 40 lbs worth of skin that needs to be removed which is making me wear bigger sizes. Without the skin I could fit into the 14's from Lane Bryant. I have several pairs of the pants in both khaki and denim and I can pull them up over my butt and hips and shove my belly skin in them, but they are about 4" away from buttoning. You can tell that they would fit once the skin is gone. But when I was this weight before I was a size 28. It's a difference in muscle tone now.

My roommate gets annoyed that I take pics a lot, but I tell them if they lost 249 lbs they would be taking pics too! Besides people say that seeing my pics inspires them. So here they are again, if you're tired of seeing them, then don't look, Bah-Hum-Bug to you!

First is a comparison of me @ about 175(July? 2009), then at 135(Feb 2011) I think.
Then me at my skinniest, about 112(August 2011).
Pic # 3.... pardon the dorky face lol! I stepped up the weight lifting and working out (SEPT 2011) #3 is of me at my buffest when I was training in Muay Thai! I was @ 115 there. I've gained a few pounds but started working out again and want to get buff again so I can kick some butt!!!!!!!!

Jeeze check out my lats there! I almost want to cry. I'm out of shape now

Everyone is looking AWESOME! I really needed the inspiration today!
