I still have a little ways to go.. roughly about 25-35 lbs to lose.

Before.. around 240 lbs or so.

Currently, 178-179

Quite frankly.. I don't even recognize that fatty in the pictures at the very top. When I was dating my ex, I had showed him pictures of me from 04-05.. and he didn't believe it was me.

It's been a rather long journey, but I am in no hurry to the finish fast.

Thanks, all of you. I am amazed at the transformations!!! It is so encouraging to see that it can really be accomplished. I have dieted all my life, since I was a child. I reached a good weight in my teens, Ok weight in my 20's, around 150 lbs. Since my sons were born in the 80's, it was a steady climb uphill to 260 lbs. I lost down to 195 6 years ago, then quit smoking, went through menopause, and regained the 60 lbs. back. I thought it was over for me, and that I would be forever doomed to be really really big. Seeing so many of you reach goal and look so wonderful gives me such hope. You all look so much younger. Just wonderful!! Thank you all again, and please keep those pictures coming.

Mog is getting Married - Mid Year Journal

In my journal are some before and afters - the phots are from about 260ish (so almost 30 pounds UNDER my high weight) down to about 210ish. Size 22 to size 16-18

Some in my avi if you can't be bothered going to the blog.

Second... my favorite red frames that I have had for a few years broke recently and I have been to three eyewear stores trying to find another pair of red frames that I like as much and I still haven't found any. I love yours! This is crazy, but could you possibly let me know what brand they are so I can see if I can track them down?

Thanks for the kind words! I wear red frames by DKNY, and I'm pretty sure I got them at Lenscrafters or somewhere like that. I went in knowing that I wanted coloured frames - they had all kinds, white, red, purple, teal, it was crazy! Hope that helps!
