I am not fully done yet, but down almost a hundred pounds and thought I would share.

First off is me at 310lbs and then 250lbs

And this morning at 215lbs

I've added muscle along the way, but the focus was really fat loss for me. Now I'm starting to focus on adding muscle now that I can actually see them. :-)

I restarted in August Star. I was at 310lbs at the time. I had done LC in the past, but it had been about three years and I had regained all I'd lost and then some.

I still have another thirty five pounds to go until my official goal and when I'm at that weight I might go lower. It just depends on how I look. I honestly want to be so skinny that people tell me to go eat something, lol.
