I got a little side tracked bc I went on vacation mid Feb and it has been difficult getting back into my excersize routine however I did weigh myself last night - 133.3 =)

All of your pictures are so inspirational!

I haven't posted pictures in awhile. I joined LCF in 2003 at my highest weight of 194 (age 36):

I was in the 160's within a few months. For the last few years I have strayed off and on and have bounced around mostly in the 140s and 150s.

Here is 152 in October, 2009:

138 a few months ago:

134 now - age 43 - 5'4" and a few more pounds to go

I've finally learned my lesson that low carb is the best way for me and I should never stray!

Never give up on yourself. If you fall off the wagon, jump back on. I found that each time I fell off, just one or 2 days of on plan eating brought back my sense of control and self confidence.

There are some really beautiful attractive ladies on here !!

Not just the after pics but many of the before and progression pics show the beauty on this board.

LOL There were some good guy pics as well but I tried not to look

Freaking Pablo R.... WTH man good lordy what a difference... several of the guys don't even look like the same person.

Very nice work to all of you that posted. I went through all 25 pages and enjoyed all of them.

I am bound to have an after picture..... maybe a progress pic at 3 months.
I am still new now.
