Susan, more than anything else when I started, the before and after photos were what kept me going......I would just constantly be in awe of all of the pictures of so many successful low carbers. Keep it up! You CAN do this!!

All of you deserve a standing ovation. You all are so inspirational. What really stands out to my eyes, is that you look like different people after your weight reduction.

You all give me such high hopes. I can do this too. I know I can. I know I am!!! Thank you all so very much for sharing with all of us.

I'm wearing the "Astana" outfit... a cool day in the 50's, just before our 1st riding day in Pentwater, MI downtown. Friday afternoon ride of 45 miles with about 3,500 feet of climbing......

I really don't know what it was at my max wt. Fat/BMI ratios were a non issue at that point of my life.....

CJ - wow! I've never seen your pictures before but your transformation is amazing. You look fantastic! My favorite picture is the one of your black dress on top of the pink shirt. It's crazy to see the sizes overlapping like that. Wow!!

You know which ones make you look thinnest, CJ? Those table and driving wheel pictures -- there's no way to stand "just so" when you're taking a shot straight down from your chin!

Your tummy is all kinds of flat.
