I love seeing these pictures. It's so amazing how a person changes when their weight drops. The face is much more defined and the confidence seems much higher. Great job, all!

I'm not quite at the after stage yet, but thought I'd post my before and almost there pics!

The before pics were taken on 15th March 2010, the almost there pics are 61lbs down, 6months later.

Since I look quite glum, I thought I'd post a smiley pic too which was taken last Friday!
