Day 84 of Induction

...and all's well.

Still walking to work every day (40 mins) and hoping that's good enough for exercise as I never feel like doing much after work. LC has been no problem, I've been very strict.

Twelve weeks down! Goal weight by the end of the year? I'm thinking so.

It might be a good idea to start climbing the carb ladder into OWL. You do need to learn how to eat so you can maintain your loss when you hit goal.
