I agree...

I just re-started LCing and take Green Tea supplements that I bought at Sam's Club, and I really enjoy Snapple's Diet Green Tea (sweetened w/ Splenda). A little pricey, but delicious!

Not sure if it is a factor in my 5 lb. loss so far, but I have read that it is a super antioxidant and metabolism recharger. At 50, I need all the help I can get!

Thanks for this motivating thread. Green tea supplements make my breath smell good. I bought some mega green tea supplements a few months back and thought they were as powerful as breath mints. I'm going to buy some more after reading all these posts.

Something in green tea makes me throw up. I typically have an iron stomach.

I wish I knew what it was.

I had that problem once with Celestial Seasonings green tea, caused me a pretty dramatic projectile vomit situation in about one minute, but no problem with other brands.
