Well....I need a little LC encouragement!

Hey everyone,
It's been eons since I last posted here (3 years at least). I'll reintroduce myself for the many new faces on LC Friends. I'm Terra and I've been eating (on and off) low carb for years. I was a die hard on this site for a while and lost 30 pounds. I felt great and looked great. Then (you've heard it all before) I got depressed, my computer crashed and I didn't get a new one, and I gained 38 pounds back. Last year around this time I got control of my eating and lost 30 lbs again. Now I've gained 8 back, and I know it's a slippery slope back to 178. I guess I just wanted to get that first post out there and let everyone know I'm back at LC Friends where I can get the support I need from people who actually understand why I eat this way.
Happy 4th of July weekend to everyone!

Oh honey...just get back to it. For your health, so you can enjoy your cute skinny clothes...just to feel good. Just think...in two weeks, after induction, you could be 10 pounds less! Have you forgotten how fast and effective this woe is? How great you will feel and look? And in a matter of days...usually 3 for me, you will be completely and totally in control and on track. All it takes is just one meal and you can be on your way. Make a plan and get started baby - you can do it!

And one thing that always motivates me...pull out an outfit that fits but is just a smidge too tight and plan to try it on at the end of induction...I promise that it will fit better in two weeks. This woe works and I know that you can do it!

Now get going girlfriend!
