OK, Kandi's post made me decide to post some updated pics of myself if for nothing else but to inspire me to keep going & reach goal!

The first & last before pics are from late 2006/early 2007, right before I discovered LC, I was close to 250 lbs...the middle one is from June 07, I had been doing LC a couple of months but I don't remember exactly what I weighed, I think I was around 220 or so.

The afters are all from the last few weeks, I have been bouncing between low 160s and high 150s...
