Does your body let u know when you don't eat right?

Mine sure does.

If I'm eating right, then during cycle time, I have absolutely no cravings, no cramps, no bloating & no weight gain.

But if I get off track just the slightest, all of the above happen to me plus I am down and out for about 2-3 days. All the more motivation for me to stay on track.

it's funny you posted this. my best friend was visiting this weekend and wanted me to have a "cheat" day so we could go out for certain drinks and food. i visited her in april and had a cheat day so she thought it was fine since it'd been 2 months.

i told her, it wasn't even worth it. i get so sick to my stomach afterwards. my body definetely doesn't like the off days.

Me too! Last weekend at a family reunion I ate a few bites of mac & cheese. I barely made it to the restroom before I threw up. My body really didn't appreciate it.

I can't relate to TOM! But I'm miserable off plan. Heavy fluid retention in my legs, constant indigestion, and don't sleep well! To name just a few problems.

I mentioned this in another thread - if you have watched "WHITE CHICKS", you will recall the scene when Michael is in disguise as one of the Wilson twins - he eats the cheesecake and makes a B-line for the ladies room - ... Im a bit worse than that! LOL

I stay on the Paleo-path no matter what, but I still go through swelling and TOM-bloating even with eating right...

I wish my body didn't like it when I go off plan, but I feel no difference. I do notice that if I spend a few days in a row too low cal I get really weak and whiney. I just have a big, but completely lc meal and I feel much better.

I get gas, stomach aches, heartburn, itchy skin, migraines.
Plus, I get blue the next day and my energy vanishes.

When I am on track it is the complete opposite. I am most happy not to have heartburn/acid-reflux anymore. My throat used to burn all the time.

I feel bloated and gross, then i start to ache, then my fingers get puffy and i have heartburn and a headache. The next morning my whole body is sore, and swollen, my temp goes up to about 100.2
Then i notice acne, and irregular bowl movements.

I get gas, stomach aches, heartburn, itchy skin, migraines, my fingers get puffy and I can't focus, acne, and irregular bowl movements.

I have been fighting most of the symptoms all of my life. Dr's giving one med after another. Started lc'ing to lose weight and most went away. Had a piece of pizza Wednesdy night and only a small hand full of chips and was in the bathroom the rest of the night. Yuk, not worth it!!

Yes!! I feel bloated, get headaches, stomach cramps and I am in the bathroom the next day. I feel like crap. It isn't worth it. I usually feel out of it for a day or two then I am fine. My body rejects that stuff now.

My husband got me a sugar free frapachino the other day from starbucks. I looked at the syrup they used and it had zero carbs. Since I thought it was only coffee, ice, and maybe some cream I thought I would try it. It tasted SO good I knew something was wrong. After I got home I looked up the drink and it turns out they use AS and SUGAR to make it less calories. Suffice it to say I was down a 1.5 pounds the next day but it wasn't fun losing it all night long

Definitely. Eating grains makes me feel disgusting. I feel best when I eat eggs, meat, butter, and huge salads. Artificial sweeteners always make me feel off- headachey and hungrier.
