Its Thursday, who's working out today?

Good morning everyone!
So who is working out today?

I will do 4 miles of a combination of running and speed walking, I'm trying to change up my routine a little.

Have a good workout and burn those pounds off.

It is still raining like crazy here in NJ, so I was off to my basement treadmill this morning. I did 20 minutes of uphill walking (10 incline at 4.5 mph) and 20 minutes of HIIT (2 minutes of 5.5 mph, then 2 minutes of 6.5 mph and so on.)

It was a decent workout, but I'm with NurseMonkee - nothing beats a good early morning run outside!

Not sure how much of a workout it is but I played Punch-Out with the balance board on the Wii this evening for about 40 mins. Punching the air and moving on the balance board left me sweating up a storm. That was a hoot, addicting and the time fly's by. Hopefully that gives me a little appetite as I have been struggling to find the urge to eat the last 2 days. Thank the lord for avocados so I could get close to 1000 calories each day and that's not nearly enough.
