Someone should make one with little piles of corn starch as well as sugar cubes, to show how much starch is in stuff. That'll cover all the carbs that fall into the nasty category!

Great contribution dovelette! Thank you. We did a health fair at the school I work at on Fridays and interestingly enough but not surprising, the nectar drinks beat out all beverages in sugar content. Those that parents think are healthy........
