Er, not quite marathons. It's a program to get you to run a 5k, aprox. 3 miles, in aprox. 9 weeks.

Nobody trains for a marathon in a few weeks, I am here to tell ya! Light years difference between a 5k (3.1 miles) and a marathon (26.2 miles)!

I got some new shoes today...my old ones were KILLING me...I literally slid forward a half inch with every step...can you say shin splints???
Anyway...went to my chiro...got my knees and ankles adjusted then got my new shoes...I'm ready to go...again. |
