Today I ate a McDonalds Steak and Egg bagel w/o the bagel. I had a hot dog platter with cheese cubes for lunch. I had a Supreme Protein bar for dinner. Then I got my period. I'm cooking chicken leg quarters as I type. I'm about to pull them off the grill.

Today was a stressful day. I am so thankful that I am off carbs. I'd have had many colas, tons of candy, buns, lots of fast foods and who knows what else because of my TOM. I'd probably be able to poke a dent in my ankle that wouldn't spring back right away because of the bloating. Although I still have PMS symptoms, the smaller I get on a LC diet the better it gets.
