My wife said the McDonalds near her work has sugar free caramel syrup now. She ordered an caramel latte the other morning with it and said it tasted pretty good.

Can you make it at home yourself and add DaVinci syrups and cream?

I used to like to order at starbucks an iced americana made with cream and a shot of SF Vanilla or Hazelnut. I'd add splenda too lol.

Maybe get yourself some SF Davinci flavors (we have like 15!) and take some of your fav flavor in some cream in your car and pour it in a reg. coffee each AM?

We have travel mugs and sometimes we do this with cream and davinci and drive thru dunkin for a large plain coffee and just pour it in our prepped mugs...

We also have SF Hershey's syrup I use from time to time to make my DH a Mocha.

I avoid milk because it has somewhere around 11 carbs per cup or something like that. I always go to Starbucks and order a Tall triple or quad espresso with extra ice and sugar free cinnamon dolce, sugar free vanilla, or sugarfree hazelnut. Then I take it to the condiment bar and I add Half and Half. In the winter time I get a short triple or quad espresso breve latte, which just means half and half instead of milk.

I like my coffee really strong but espresso has less caffeine than coffee. It's still an eye opening beverage and it satisfies my sweet tooth. If it's not sweet enough I add half a packet of Splenda and that will usually bring out the flavor of the sugar free syrup a little more.

I doubt McDonalds will start serving breve in the cafe. That would bring their costs up to Starbucks prices.

Don't use milk..
use heavy cream!

2-3 T and it is as creamy as a latte.

No, you need to make a latte with cream instead of milk. It'll taste better any way, and you should only need a bit of cream. YUM!

McDonalds has nutritional info on their website. According to it, a small iced latte with SF vanilla syrup and whole milk has 12 carbs, and a medium has 14. If you want something hot, a small latte with SF vanilla syrup and whole milk has 17, and the medium has 21.

Hope that helps - you can get info on more items at nutrition.mcdonalds.com.
