Waldens Farms is mostly water and thickeners with just enough ingredients to give flavor and color but not enough to get it above the 0.5 FDA range to call a serving a calorie. If it is less than half a unit it can be called zero. IF you look at the ingredients it's water, vegetable gum thickeners and very minute amounts of different spices like you'd have in your kitchen, colors and flavors. Hence it will very little calories. It only is zero calories in relation to one serving. Use the whole bottle and there's be enough to register.
It's kinda like with Splenda. 1 teaspoon is insignificant as far as carbs, but a cup has 24 carbs, all of those insignificant teaspoons <1 carbs add up to 24.

I made this tonight and OMG!!!! It's just as yummy as everyone here says. The only change I made was adding a bit of liquid smoke to the meat. I see myself having this salad very often

I figured I would bump this up for the people that haven't yet seen it, since I made it today for the first time.. although I have had the recipe saved for a while. It really is very good and does taste exactly like a big mac minus the roll. It really hit the spot for me, and made me feel like I had something that is off limits (kinda)..lol.
