Breakfast - Italian sausage omelet.
Lunch - Deviled egg roll w/ham & cheese.
Dinner - Grilled hamburger steak, twice baked fauxtatoes, and green beans.

1st - Oatmeal, egg whites
2nd - Oatmeal, protein powder, grapefruit
3rd - 4 oz chicken, 2 cps lettuce, lite Italian dressing - 4 egg white omlette (hungry today) 1 tbsp bacon fat on those whites, .5 cp oatmeal
4th - will be protein powder shake

(almost that TOM - think that's why I am hungry - the egg whites satisfied that)

Fitday reads: 1360 calories

carbs 35%
Protein 39%
Fat 26%

S: Probably a protein shake made in my brand new Magic Bullet!

Brunch: Bacon and eggs in butter and olive oil; asparagus and mustard greens in butter and bacon grease with a splash of balsamic vinegar; cottage cheese, ricotta cheese and heavy cream! Mmm...them's damn fine leeches!

And it was my first meal of the day, and my portions weren't that big, and I STILL felt totally satisfied without being stuffed. I might not eat again today!

for Breakfast i had 2 Scrambled Eggs with 1oz Crumbled Sausage & 1oz Cheddar...
then DH took me to Olive Garden for Lunch today! i had the Free Salad NO CROUTONS and Chicken Alfredo NO PASTA! instead i had it over Broccoli... yummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm... im done for Sunday fer suuuuuuuuuuuure...
