Anyone new here want proof that LC works!!

Ok everyone...let give the new ones some pictures to look at on this side of the threads...before and after pic if you all have them...MODS..PLEASE dont move this..

Some of these pic are not great..the last 2 are my license from Dec and from today...the first ones 2 I was at my heaviest weight..252 lbs..the 3rd one I was at 170..today at 135 and have stayed that way for about a year..

Dont that tell you LC works!! I also had Type 2 diabetes and High Blood pressure when I was SO heavy..now that's under control with NO meds!!

Anyone else want to start new pics??

I don't have a lot of "before" pics, and though I've lost over 100 lbs since March of last year, I still have quite a ways to go so not that comfortable with full body pics, either. While my "before" face pics still make me cringe, if it helps to convince even one person that they can do this, I'll post them...

Here's a picture of me from my last license. I had lost a little weight then, and was around 330 lbs. But I gained it almost all of it back.

I've posted these a million times so far and I'm sure some people are sick of seeing them.
It really puts in into perspective for me just how far I've came and hopefully it will help to motivate others too!

The first three are through the years around 240ish, the last three are me now, 163.

I haven't posted in years, but have been lurking for a while since I restarted...restarted in October, started at 230ish, am down to 190. The first picture is me on the left at around 195 with one of my best friends. The other picture is me at 230ish on vacation with my little girl. I want to lose about 25 more pounds to be a good weight for me...Everyone's photos look....WOW!
