FINALLY 10 pounds down!!!

Well, it took longer than I had hoped, but I'm FINALLY down ten lbs. from 12/26/08!!! I would've been here sooner had I not eaten too many South Beach Diet pizzas (love 'em, but they cause me to stall) and had I not exceeded my wine limits on the weekends!

Found a real whole wheat, cheese and tomato pizza last night at an HEB Plus: "Rustic Crust" imported from Italy. It has about the same carb count as the SBD ones, but is MUCH larger. If the spouse will split it with me, I MAY have found a pizza that won't stall me! I plan on trying it tonight and will report back, if anyone is interested.

Okay, the pizza was WONDERFUL, but the scale is up 2 lbs. today. The spouse didn't split it with me and I ate the whole thing. Live and learn! Will have to work it off this weekend!
