I eat a ton of veggies. I haven't kept track of how much and I don't intend to as long as I continue to lose weight.

Roasted, in omelets, salads, and using sp. squash under my stir-fry instead of a pasta. Fried cabbage. The list goes on & on.

I am in the minority here. Veggies make me hungry and sometimes set off cravings, so I avoid them

Thanks so much Fawn. I was embarrassed and trying to hide. But Jenny outed me! I've missed everyone.

Me too. I have to be really careful with veggies as well. Broccoli definitely sets off cravings for me. Romaine I can do in small amounts. More importantly I have to make sure the dressing is truly as sugar free as I can possibly get.

So do you guys find that upping the veggies you get more or fewer cravings for starchy carbs, sweets, or dairy?

Fruit seems to be a no go for me (craving magnet) but hoping veggies will be different. Satueeing them in fat helps, hahah.

I don't get the extreme cravings from whole foods that others claim. I feel better on higher veggies and fruit. Never do I eat my carbohydrates without a fat. I only get cravings when I consume dessert type items which are infrequent for me. If I make a cheesecake, I sit down and eat a piece every night until it's gone so I make them only when having company.

Upping veggies does not trigger cravings for me. Carrots and even apples do not trigger my sweet tooth. That might just be the L-glumatine or Chromium working its magic, though!

Gosh probably between 8-10 cups. Usually 2 huge salads in my "dog bowl" per day or with the cold lately I make a big pot of soup loaded with veggies and meat and eat it all day long.
