My Mom Yelled at me about Cod Liver Oil!!

I have been telling her about the benefits of Cod Liver Oil for Vitamin D, helping with sore joints and brain power. She asked where she could purchase it and I told her to go to Whole Foods but it is on the pricey side.

So she called me last night and left me a voice mail yelling that I didn't tell her how expensive it was. She paid $30 for a 16 oz Carlson's

I called her back and told her that I did tell her that and she wouldn't believe me so I told her she should keep taking it as it will help her short term memory and she won't have any more senior moments!

It was all good, though. She just started taking it and already she claims the pains in her shoulder are diminishing and she's feeling better.

Not for nothing but I kept telling her to get it at the Vitamin Shop where I got mine and it's much cheaper, but she wouldn't do it.

Moms! Can't live with 'em, can't smack 'em

I wish that I could get my mil to take some cod liver oil, or fish oil of any kind. She's low fat and has been having an increasing number of senior moments as her cholesterol level has been improving.
