So who's working out today?

I will try to get 4 miles in on the treadmill after work.

Have a good workout and burn those pounds off.

Hauling myself to the gym tonight kicking and screaming. Haven't been since Friday. Been very bad! But still on track.

45 min elliptical, level 4, cross train with 5 min cool-down.

I know I'll feel so much better once I'm done.

I can NOT get myself to run outside in the winter.
A) It hurts my lungs. And I am in great shape - its weird.
B) Running on snow TERRIFIES me!! I am always afraid I will hit a patch of ice.

How do you do it??


I will get my 45 minutes on the elliptical in today in a couple of hours.

Ok elliptical workout completed and I feel sooo much better. I was kickin some serious butt tonight. Going to need to go up to level 5 next time

Funny how we sometimes have to really push ourselves to go to workout when it feels so good for the mind, body and spirit! I used to easily walk 1/2 mile for Ben & Jerry's ice cream without a second thought and that made me feel horrible...LOL

I'm new to working out. So any advice would be greatly appreciated!! But this is what I did.

30 minutes on the stationary bike.
15 minutes on the elliptical
15 minutes on the treadmill
And I did the weight machines at the gym

I walk at least 4 miles a day at work , so for me it is weights again! Working that upper and lower body for strength!
