Hauling myself to the gym tonight kicking and screaming. Haven't been since Friday. Been very bad! But still on track.
45 min elliptical, level 4, cross train with 5 min cool-down. I know I'll feel so much better once I'm done. ![]() |

Ok elliptical workout completed and I feel sooo much better. I was kickin some serious butt tonight. Going to need to go up to level 5 next time
![]() Funny how we sometimes have to really push ourselves to go to workout when it feels so good for the mind, body and spirit! I used to easily walk 1/2 mile for Ben & Jerry's ice cream without a second thought and that made me feel horrible...LOL |

I'm new to working out. So any advice would be greatly appreciated!! But this is what I did.
30 minutes on the stationary bike. 15 minutes on the elliptical 15 minutes on the treadmill And I did the weight machines at the gym |
